Description

The Black Grouse combines some of the finest Islay single malt whiskies blended together with The Famous Grouse.

The result is a rich whisky which provides the full flavoured smokiness of Islay together with the smoothness of The Famous Grouse Blend. The Famous Grouse Smoky Black whisky commemorates the black variety of the Grouse bird which can be found in varying different places between Wales and Northern Scotland.

It’s numbers have declined in recent years and work is underway to preserve this distinctive species of bird.
