Tasting Notes:
Nose: Lively yet balanced. Lashings of apples, pears and lime are in perfect harmony with hints of green tea. A mix of salt and smoke, create a sense of a beach bonfire. The emerging sweetness from the European Virgin Oak casks, is perfectly complemented, by the earthy characteristics of the Japanese Shochu casks.
Taste: Multi-layered. An initial burst of sweet pastry, combined with citrus notes, creates a essence of key lime pie. The fruity flavours continue, but remain soft, with hints of kiwi and apple. The smoke brings a hint of charred meat and an overall earthy quality.
Finish: Clean and lively with fresh fruit and subtle cloves.
