Description
Glencadam’s 14-year-old ‘Réserve de Cognac’ single malt has, as you might expect, been given a finish in a cognac cask. Non-chill-filtered and free of added colouring, it’s a purists choice. There’s dark berry and spicy cigar in the finish, preceded by a softer, nougat-rich palate.
This 14 year old single malt from the Glencadam Distillery, which was distilled back in 2006 and allowed to age in a ex-bourbon American oak cask. Following that, it was treated to a finishing period in Cognac casks, imparting vibrant fruit notes. 4,800 bottles were produced.
