Description

Aged first in Bourbon casks for smooth, fruity notes, then finished in Ruby Port casks to create chocolate boldness and velvety depth.

This whisky offers a nose of rose-scented turkish delight, honeysuckle, tangerines and dark chocolate. A soft, velvety texture leads to tastes of berries and nutmeg entwined with mint chocolate and seville orange. Then a bold and deep finish.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Summer fruit tart with a sprinkling of icing sugar, aromatic cedar, milky coffee and almond pastries.

Palate: Chocolate mousse, Bourbon biscuits, orange oil, more almond notes (now toasted), blackcurrant and raisin.

Finish: Lasting richness of stewed berries and dark chocolate.
